How Do I Book A Retreat At Bethel?

Step 1

Check the availability of your desired dates

Use the CALENDAR and the INQUIRY FORM at the bottom of this page to see if the dates you are interested in are available. In addition, you can contact our office at 803.926.5511, and our office manager will be happy to help you plan your time with us.


Step 2

Download and Fill out a Contract

Download and fill out a contract. Make sure you download and read our "Policies and Info" packet as well. A complete CONTRACT and CREDIT CARD INFORMATION are required to hold retreat dates.

Prior to your arrival

  • A Certificate of Insurance will be required prior to arrival.

  • All participants must have a signed Hold Harmless Waiver which will be provided by the camp.

  • Final group numbers and schedule due one (1) week in advance.

  • Full payment of contract is required at arrival time.

Cancellation Policy

  • 20% of total estimated cost will be due if event is cancelled after submission of a contract

  • 50% of total estimated cost will be charged if event is cancelled within 2 weeks of scheduled date

  • 100% of final total cost will be charged if event is cancelled within 1 week of scheduled date

PAINTBALL
*If your group is playing paintball you need to have a PAINTBALL WAIVER FORM filled out for each member of your group that is playing in addition to our signed Hold Harmless Waiver. Forms need to be signed by the legal parent or guardian of all minors. Groups who arrive without signed Paintball Waivers will not be allowed to play.
